3 Transformational Questions to Reveal Your True Passion and Purpose

Recently, I was working with a client who knew they had a deeper purpose lying dormant deep within them. They knew they had more to give.

They felt burnout, frustrated and trapped in their executive role.

They could feel the tingle of passion and a burning desire but couldn't clearly articulate it. Through a series of deep inner questions, the veil started to lift.

Our true identity lies in the breadcrumbs of our past.

They looked inside themselves. They went inwards to give outwards. They started to see the patterns like pieces of a jigsaw coming together.

We noticed what their natural tendencies were when they were growing up…

What did they do? Whose passions inspired theirs? Who made them come alive? There was a silence and then an audible…

“Hmmm.”

As my coach says, this is the sound of insight. The sound of a shift in perception, a crossroads or a turning point when someone fundamentally starts to see themselves in a different light.

Within a few months this person left their job, trained in their passion and set up a business even amongst obstacles.

This is the power of revealing your true passion.

The science is undeniable too - having a sense of purpose can lengthen your life through a series of fascinating processes.

Research shows us that having a sense of purpose protects our DNA, reduces our cholesterol and our stress hormones.

Many of our everyday struggles and problems can be transcended through embodying our passions and a deeper sense of purpose.

3. Today, who makes you come alive?
