3 Strategies to combat loneliness

 1.  Solitude

There is a crucial difference between loneliness and solitude. Solitude is the pleasant experience of being alone. It is possible to be in solitude but feel connected.

Solitude helps strengthen our inner connection and hence, protect against loneliness.

2. Kindness

To develop meaningful connections, focus on generosity without expectation. Without a doubt, you will cease to feel lonely when you give.

3. Daily check-in

It's a challenge with our lives becoming increasingly busier, but make time to connect with your loved ones every day. Ideally, see their faces, but if not, at least a message. Consistent communication builds trust and openness. Openness is the antidote to loneliness.
