Avoiding the Snakes and Climbing the Ladders

One of my long term clients said, “You help me climb the ladders and avoid the snakes.”

My clients are a diverse mix of entrepreneurs, thought leaders and investors - am I an expert in any of these things?

No. 

I don’t coach them on the best tactics to grow their business. 

I don’t coach them on what strategies to employ. 

I coach them around their energy, tendencies and identity. 

I delve deep into their self-image and their thinking because that is all that matters. 

Think back to a recent 'snake' you slid down: 

- How were you viewing yourself on that journey?

- What were you saying to yourself?

- What actions were you taking to 'protect yourself'?

- What were your shortcomings related to this 'snake'?

There are two simultaneous journeys you are on - the physical and the emotional. 

The way to accomplish your goals without stress, burnout and frustration is to focus on the emotional journey. 

It’s along this path that powerful self-exploration, exciting opportunities and true transformation occur. 

This is what I’ve observed in this month alone:

- A client realise one of their life long dreams by attending a world-famous event in their field

- An entrepreneur stepping into their power to create lasting agreements in a number of their businesses

- An investor breaking free from the constraints of their mind to create a new strategy for business growth

It is who we believe we are that determines what we receive. 

All paths ultimately lead to truth, wisdom and purity. When you understand this at a deep level, your journey becomes filled with more ease, grace and flow

It’s like Rumi said, “What you seek, is seeking you.” 

The question is, are you open to receive?

Here are 10 tips for success without the stress:

1. Understand that what you want is the emotional experience, not the physical thing

2. Therefore focus on elevating your emotions before taking action

3. Forget the past by releasing trapped energy in your body

4. Avoid questioning your future by creating clear images of your future

5. Use nervous system resets to enter into a state of presence

6. Create meaningful massive dreams but take micro-steps

7. You cannot control your results but you can intend your feelings

8. You cannot change other people but you can redirect your time, energy and attention

9. Make your highest priority your wellbeing then it is easy to say no

10. The result is not what counts, it's what you learn about yourself in the process
