10 Tips for Mastering Gratitude
Jun 06, 2023
If you are feeling doubtful, unfulfilled or frustrated, gratitude used correctly can be transformational.
You believe you need more time, more money or more energy before you can follow your heart, but the truth is that day never comes.
Deep inside you know it starts with you deciding to be peaceful in this moment.
This month I have personally been diving deeper into my gratitude practice and naturally that has flowed into my clients.
The results?
Since diving deeper the following has occurred:
- I have experienced the best revenue month ever in the business
- I have seen people manifest their soul mates
- I have seen people unexpectedly receive large sums of money
Is life perfect? Of course not. That is not the nature of this human experience.
But does this practice enhance your life experience? Absolutely.
That is why, during this time of focused practice, I have also seen people be:
- More resilient to painful family conflict
- Less affected by losing business
- Calm in the face of unexpected illnesses and, as a result, heal quicker
Why do these results happen?
Renowned psychological researchers, like Robert Emmons, have shown us that those who have a disposition of gratitude report:
- Improved wellbeing and positive emotions
- Improved sleep quality, cardiovascular health and less physical pain
- Stronger relationships
Quite simply, gratitude connects you with your true essence. Your heart becomes full.
It causes you to un-cling from the mind. And our reality is created through our mind.
This is why our reality shifts so much with gratitude.
When you intentionally focus your mind on what is wanted, your brain perceives more wanted situations.
It is as simple as that and it works FAST.
The moment you realise your suffering is mind-made is the same moment you realise your joy is mind-made.
